Happy Monday!
Hello families!
I want to extend a huge thank you to all of you for your flexibility and support while I was out for three days last week. I truly appreciate how adaptable our students were (one of our Portrait of a Baron qualities!) and how supportive you all continue to be. It makes such a difference! We are spending the beginning of this week getting everything from last week organized, wrapped up, and settled so we can smoothly transition back into our regular routines and continue moving forward with our curriculum.
Field Trip Note:
*Our field trip to the Embassy is on Thursday. Students need to bring a packed lunch, as we will miss our regular lunch time at school. I did not receive any notes back requesting a packed lunch from the school, but if your child is needing one, please let me know ASAP so the cafeteria can begin preparations for our lunches. If you are chaperoning, be on the lookout for more info in the next day or two.
Just a few reminders:
* IREAD letters should be arriving to families, if they haven't already. Please take a moment to review them and feel free to reach out with any questions. Our 3rd graders have been working so hard, and I'm excited for them to show what they know!
*ILEARN Checkpoint 2 scores will be available today. Be on the lookout for more information through ParentSquare.
*Registration for the 2026-2027 school year is now open! Please don't forget to register your child.
Thank you again for your continued support. I’m so glad to be back with our wonderful class! Our newsletter for this week is attached!
